We appreciate your patronage at TheVinylThread, where our commitment to quality is unwavering. Should you encounter any defects with your purchase or if it suffers damage during shipping, rest assured, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange.

We encourage you to review your design thoroughly before proceeding with your purchase. The preview on your screen is precisely what will be produced, so please reach out to our customer service team for any discrepancies prior to confirming your order.

Please note, once production of your order commences, we cannot accommodate any modifications or alterations.

In the event of an error with the provided artwork, a discussion regarding a possible partial exchange may be necessary.

RETURN PROCESS

If you need to return an item, initiate the process by emailing our customer service at contactus@thevinylthread.co.uk. Once you      receive a confirmation, repack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us.

Be aware that you will bear the cost of the return shipping charges. For your peace of mind and to ensure the safe return of the product, we advise using a shipping method that provides tracking.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will proceed with the processing of your return or exchange. Kindly allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for this process to be completed. An email notification will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
